Thembi Machaba has served as Chief Human Resources Officer since March 2024. Ms. Machaba joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Human Resources in August 2020. Before joining Freshpet, Ms. Machaba was Vice President Global Human Resources & Organization Effectiveness at Molson Coors Beverage Company, a position she held for three years as part of a 16 year career of progressive roles at the company and its predecessors. Combined, she has an impressive track record of more than 20 years of hands-on experience in organizational design and development, strategy, performance management, human capital planning and talent management.
