("Freshpet" or the "Company") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,416,667 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "FRPT" beginning on Friday, November 7, 2014. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,562,500 shares. The offering is expected to close on November 13, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay existing indebtedness, and to support the future growth and development of the business.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Baird, Stifel, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Canaccord Genuity are acting as co-managers for the offering.
